In our beginners belly dancing courses you will learn the fundamentals of belly dance - isolations, pops, hip and upper body movement, body roll (camel), shimmies, arms decorations, turns and more. Each of our belly dance classes will consist of warm up, drills and techniques broken down in an easy to follow way, choreography combining what was covered in the class and finally a cool down and stretching.

You will gradually develop strength in the core muscles which will help you execute the belly dancing movements with grace and precision.
